Privacy Policy

Published in January 2026, Home From Home Sanctuary (HFHS) is dedicated to protecting and respecting your privacy in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, dated April 27th, 2016. This statement outlines when and why we collect personal information, how we use it, the circumstances under which we may share it, and how we keep it safe. It applies to fulfilling customer contracts, marketing activities, and to individuals applying for jobs at Home From Home Sanctuary.

We collect personal data in a few situations, like when you sign up for our services or interact with us in person, online, by phone, on social media, or through our website. You can also request that further processing of your data be restricted if there’s a dispute about its accuracy or how it’s being used. Additionally, you can object to the processing of your personal data if it’s based on legitimate interest or direct marketing. Questions about your privacy rights should be submitted via the “Contact” form on our website.

If the law requires it, we’ll disclose personal information to protect our rights or comply with legal processes, but we’ll take steps to keep your privacy intact. We may also use sub-contractors to handle personal data, and we make sure they follow this Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws by signing a Data Processing Agreement.
